Log to file in production

By default, it writes logs to the following locations:

• on Linux: ~/.config/{app name}/logs/{process type}.log

• on macOS: ~/Library/Logs/{app name}/{process type}.log

• on Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\{app name}\logs\{process type}.log
